Merri-bek Urban Farm
The future of Growing Farmers is in accessing land in Merri-bek to provide space and to support aspiring urban farmers in employment. Our team is working toward gaining access to a plot of land to host our Merri-bek Urban Farm, which will enable us to:
Provide pathway opportunities for aspiring farmers to build capability in regenerative urban farming, and capacity to enter the agricultural sector as business owners.
Supply healthy, locally grown, affordable food to the Merri-bek community.
Create a space that demonstrates regenerative urban farming practices and fosters connections between each other, fresh food and the land.
